More Than Words.

We had just finished facilitating a Mask Workshop, a space where men were invited to look beyond the masks they wear and confront what lies beneath.

One of the men was visibly emotional. In that moment, I didn't need to say much. I simply embraced him, wanting him to know that he was seen, that he mattered, and that he was cared for.

Sometimes the most powerful thing we can offer someone isn't advice or answers. It's simply being present.

This was one of those moments.
